That's great news 'M'. :dbgrtmb: When it's bigger and stronger take some cuttings and give them a go as back up. :)

I'm not a lover of pink roses Jenny, but this one is a real treat to see, such a delicate shade and perfectly formed. :dbgrtmb:

Loli, what do you think of Ebb Tide? To be honest out of all the roses I planted I'm not that impressed with it, it looks so dull, particularly when the blooms start to fade.

Does anyone else have it? What do you think?

Glad it melted your heart Sheal.
A little patio rose that repeat flowers, is only 3ft tall / wide with no health issues.

Thank you, Sheal and yes, will do cuttings once it's fully recovered. Actually, if my memory serves me correctly, I think you suggested I try that when I first realised I may have killed it? But, I didn't feel confident to try. *Now* I will though. I'll search GC on how to do it :blue thumb:

Now you mention it Sheal....the first bloom on the Ebb Tide ..to me was absolutley breathtaking, the colour was amazing...when it started to fade it did look quite bedraggled but it's initial beauty made up for that...the second flush are lovely but look like a totally different rose....the colour is different for a start and it's form is much more open...a little disapointing ...still a nice rose but maybe one i wouldn't have chosen on seeing it as it is now....

To be honest I was thinking of replacing 'Ebb Tide' but other half says he likes it so I suppose it will have to stay. For the time being I'll live with it, but it will haunt me every time I look at it.........so it's just a matter of time I think.

                                Jenny,
