Is it too late to sow sunflowers and English marigolds?

    As per title really. Am I too late to sow pot marigold and sunflowers?

        No idea on marigolds, but I would say too late for sunflowers ... unless we get an Indian Summer lasting through until the beginning of November and then you just might get away with it (although they would need regular watering). Are you a betting man, Clue?

        Is it viable to plant half and save half until next year, so you can experiment? :dunno:
