Hi AP35 and welcome to GC:dbgrtmb:...
You've come to the right place:blue thumb:....i'd suggest water ,water and more water firstly and i'm sure it will gradually recover...but i'm far from an expert but someone will be along shortly to see you right:thumbsup:

Hi AP35 :sign0016:to the corner. Shame about your lawn that's not what you want to see when you get back from a holiday. As Loli says there a few on here that will give good advice. Good luck!

It should green up when the rain comes. Mine had gone brown but last week we had a thunderstorm and it's already recovered.

I wouldn't feed it or you'll risk burning it.
Spike it if you can and just wait for rain!

Grass is surprisingly hardy. In the weeks of drought back in 1976 and ban on watering the garden, my lawn and others were completely brown and looked dead. It soon recovered when it rained. :)

Hi, newby here, came back from vacation, and noticed my lawn worse than ever. The areas which are in direct sun have turned yellow, I guess the heat and lack of water caused this. I'm posting some pics, any idea if this will recover with water and lawn feed or will I require more?
