Don't do corned beef in the slow cooker @fat controller , the slow cooker makes meat tender by slowly melting down all the fat and gristle. Corned beef will just vanish in there.

This should make you chuckle: Mr "M"'s idea of doing the dinner would be:-

a) sausages in a roll and call it Hotdogs Job Done;
b) Asda pizza;
or
c) a take-away

Cleaning up would be:-

"Bodge It, Splodge It, Mister Bit and Sod It"
