    Delightful photos Hsuh. I would not have thought you could grow Peppers from the seeds inside a Market bought one. I love the big long , very dark red ones from Lidls. I will save and dry some seeds from the next lot I buy,

    Got a lot of Chard.

    Thats just a bit of it :thud:

    Chopped up the midribs, carefully removing the caterpillars hiding there, blanched in boiling water for 2 mins. Open freezing overnight then packing into bags tomorrow.

      Put it in soups, stews, stir fries etc. Willow loves it, and apparently its one of the 5 a day thats very good for teenagers, got something in it they need. Can't remember what though :old:

        Is it a bit like Courgette, where flavour needs to be imparted? Or does it have a distinct flavour of it's own?
