Windy, black clouds. No sunning in the garden today!

 

It's miserable out there. There's a few spots of rain and it's windy. It's a dark morning too with dark grey skies....I've still got a light on as it's that dark.

 

Just started to rain, and it`s coming heavy.

 

Ooh dear,
the clouds are well and truly "parked " now and the wind's getting up..

Been blowing like a gud 'un here and raining but not as bad as i expected..the sky is trying to brighten up...might have some sunshine at teatime...you never know

 

Same here loli, I was trying to deny it by keeping my shorts on,but autumn is here its OFFICIAL

 

Looking out of my window sky is a lovely blue with very little cloud.

 

It's grey, bleak, windy and wet here.

Oh please let us no have a repeat of last years duration!

 

A cloudy start but this afternoon turned out sunny with an occasional heavy shower, a strong wind (30mph) has been blowing and making it chilly, 15C.

 

After a lovely but chilly start the rain arrived by about 2pm, later than expected and although blustery it wasn't anything like the forecast 'autumn storm', and in the end neither was the rain, that stopped after an hour, the winds dropped and the sun came out

Just read a shared report from somewhere on FB that Britain is forecast an early and long winter this year with the chance of snow in October - great , I know they can't get forecasts right for next week so I'm paying little attention to it and we'll wait and see what its like nearer the time

 

Blue sky moving in ,still the odd gust but the rain has stopped for now

@mowgley ...Saw a weather report from the Met office saying Autumnal feel to this week but keep your T'shirts handy for next weekSo keep those shorts handy

 

Clear, bright blue skies at the mo, still very blustery, and cool 11C.
