    I've been away for a week, on my return it looks like mine has finished growing, the leaves are starting to die off, I'll give it another week or two before weighing.

          Congratulations Richard on getting first prize, I wonder how big it would have got if you had let it keep on growing. How is your second one..still growing?

          Might be an idea to do an OTT measure now then another later in the week to compare with..it may still be growing but slower than you would like. Then feed it!

          Steve...:)

            Thank you Steve that is the second one mate it had really slowed down last few weeks and was only gaining about 2 lb a week or so and did not want the skin to start splitting like first one did there are two new ones on the vine but I don't think they will come to much with the weather changing
            How's yours doing

            I'll be checking mine tomorrow Richard, as I'm digging out some French drains at home today. I have also got a second big one growing on another plant and I would guesstimate that one at around 30lb but will also measure that one too.

            Steve...:)

              Here are a couple of pics of my kins.

              The first one is now 40 x 40 x 57 Total 137 --> 64.3lb and increase of 3.6lb or 0.9lb per day. It's either slowing down or stopped, I'll know for sure in another couple of days.

              [IMG]

              Meanwhile, my second one has grown more than I thought and is 41 x 41 x 50 Total 132 --> 58.3lb
