    Sat watching the programme- people painting their dogs, well, I'm sorry I think its a tragedy what people do with their animals.:nonofinger:

    They say 'that the animals enjoy it' how do they know that? :scratch:

    What do other GC'ers think? :dunno:

    I caught some of that program - all a bit weird if you ask me.

    Don't get me wrong, I am an animal lover - dogs especially, however I have had cats, birds, horses, chickens and sheep over the years. Although they do have their wee characters, there is no way that they should be humanised in the way that some of the people on that program were.

      Only ever gave my dog a bit of a mohecan with coconut hair gel, he didn't seem too bothered.

          This was made because of the Cat prog they did recently and typically the BBC decided this would be a ratings winner too. Next ' The Secret World of the Gerbil' ?:snork:

                Apart from the fact that cattle roundups in the old west were doddle compared to temporarily cornering my Springer Sam to give him a bit of a clip, comb and general grooming, I suspect that he would be seriously unimpressed by me performing any artwork on him.

                      i didn't see the show myself but it doesn't take a genius to work out what it was about :heehee:

                      no, i wouldn't be a fan of that carry on at all, it looks ridiculous & cant possibly be fair on the dogs, i just don't get it tbh, its just daft :dunno:
