            Angle grinder, hydrochloride, salt, bleach and ciggie ash! If that doesn't remove it, then the only option is amputation!

                    Coke the soft drink contains phosphoric acid and is good for removing rust, cleaning tarnished coins, dentures etc. Also etches teeth.
                    For the Miracle Gro stains try a sauna and sweat it out.
