    Got 2 couples really want the place but haven't sold theirs yet, another viewing on Sunday.

      It's alright, its my thread :snork:

      Yep 2 lots looked, first lot didn't give anything away.

      Second bloke was from Germany & said its on his favorites list, but he's got more places to view.

      I asked him to let me know if he finds a place the same size for the same price that doesn't need a total refurb, because he won't.
