Nothing for me today. It's quite mild out but every so often it's torrential rain!

I've come down with a cold (aka Man Flu, aka plague, aka only hours to live etc) so I'll just watch.

              atchoo.jpg Get better soon Loofah.

Weather still good here, managed to strip the tomatoes, took the vines away to be composted.
Even swept up all the rubbish, moved my fig indoors, and going to start on the last of my fuchsias. Everything tidy for when the rain comes.

                  Get well soon Loofah!

I've given up trying to get out in the garden, it's either been blowing a hooley or raining cats and dogs since the weekend. The house is very clean now though! :)

Life's too short to worry about health and safety. (Pete)

I do agree. If we all took any notice in the garden nothing would get done.
Wet here but Nuts to be gathered, loads of toms, peppers and chillies need sorting and giving away.

Not working in our garden at the moment. My father-in-law died last weekend, so we are in Wales helping sort things out for the funeral. Trying not to worry too much about the chilli plants, and newly planted winter tubs. This weekend, if the torrents hold off, I think I will tackle the garden, as FIL has been too ill to work on the main bed for the past few months...

Nowt. . . but yesterday I collected our crop of sweetcorn, filled the biggest basket in the freezer. Yum, Yum. Cheers, Tony.

I'm sorry to hear your sad news Sian.

At the moment the weather is said to improve for the weekend but I think it's downhill again after that.

                            Rain stopped play!
But did spot loads of slugs and snail which made there way to the bird table!
