Does private messenging impact on forum content?

Private messaging?? Am I missing out on something?

 

Perhaps this is a good time to ask...Is it permissible to include a link to another (potentially helpful) forum in an open post? I know some fora instantly delete any reference to another forum

 

You can have private chats with other members here, usually start one by going to their profile page and clicking the message button

 

My view is that pms might take a bit away from public content but add immeasurably to personal friendships. Roundabouts/swings?

 

I know you can - it's whether there's a whole underworld of private messaging going on that i don't know about!

I bet there's a ton of stuff that's said behind closed doors On Facebook I have a 3-way private conversation, chatting most days

 

That'll be you well and truly profiled then I bet the ads you see are pretty accurately matched to your personal interests.

 

i like to go through the adverts and click 'uninteresting' or 'spam' on all of them and hope for the best...!
