14 of the 21 properties for sale in my village have 'sold' in the last 3 to 4 weeks!

Several have been sold before they've even been advertised.

 

great news zigs the news house prices are starting to increase again, must have encouraged a few .

 

So is my next door neighbour, and it irritates me, as if i say 10 am for example i don`t mean 9.45.

Yep, keeping my copy of Bat out of Hell, reminds me of all the good times in my marriage.

What i didn't say, was that i would be early but i wouldn't be knocking on the door untill the time i was to be there, kill a bit of time around the corner but i wouldn't be late, if i had a long drive i would still be early even if i was 3 hours early i would kill time and then turn up on time
