      Aloha everyone,
Somewhat late this morning, not feeling too good. Very muggy and close.
WOO I wonder if anyone at the recycling centre will know about the little red button on the Dyson? They might be able to salvage it if they do. At least you have a cleaner that you wanted now. Hope Mrs WOO is feeling better.
Loli, yes quite uncomfortable if you are at that funny age. Lol.
Shiney, Sounds exciting planning to be doing. At least you will have lots of memories to look back on when you get old.
Steve, glad your arms are not too bad, mercifully.
Have a good day all and stay safe. God bless.
      Aloha!:wub2:

        Morning everyone!

Its cold and windy here this morning, no frost since its windy but cold. They say on the news that tonight and early tomorrow morning we are supposed to get some wet snow, so I'll make sure that I turn on the furnace tonight before bed, we have the gas stove on in the living room and its keeping everything toasty, however the back of the house gets cold, and showering in the mornings(at 5:30) is getting a little nippy (lol)!!!!

I'm home for awhile this morning, so I plan on puttering outside, and need to put a few things in the shed, and take a couple hanging baskets that I forgot about up to the shop, to keep over winter.

The grass needs cut, the final cut of the year, but we'll see, especially if we are to get snow, might just leave it and see what happens tomorrow.

Off to get some more coffee.......so enjoy your day everyone.

        Good morning everyone,

Sorry haven't got time to read back so hope everyone is ok and not getting too battered by this blusty weather we have at the moment:smile:

We picked Poppy up Monday evening after her stay at the vets and am pleased to say she is eating well and wants lots of fuss so spends all her spare time purring:cat-kittyandsmiley:She got me up at five this morning so she must be feeling good:nonofinger:After having an ultrasound scan and blood tests done the vet said that one of her kidneys has shrunk due he thinks to her trying to pass a kidney stone in the past whcih got stuck in one of her tubes so that kidney shrunk so the other one has now taken over.Still don't know if that was the reason why she went off of her food or whether she had picked up some sort of bug but she is ok now and back on her thyroid meds that she refused to take last week:nonofinger:

Hope you all have a very good day:spinning:

        Aloha everyone,

It was very mild yesterday with some drizzle and it's fairly mild this morning. I picked another 5lb of runnerbeans :blue thumb:

That's a nice thing to say as all my 'friends' say I'm already old :old: :lunapic 130165696578242 5:. I'm pleased that Poppy is feeling better. :)

It looks as though it will be Montreal.

I had someone come in yesterday with a scarifier to work on some of the moss in the garden. I can't do the raking anymore (couldn't do it properly even twenty years ago :heehee:) and it would take much too long by hand. He did enough to fill two giant wheelie bins!

Keep well and have a great day

        Aloha!

            Aloha everyone,
Penny, not sure about the last cut of the year here as it will very much depend on the weather from now on.
Kandy, that is good news that Poppy is on the mend hope it continues.
Steve, Have a good day today.
Woo, hope you are enjoying, (not sure if that is the right word) using the new Vax seen the advert and they look good but I have still got another two or three years of guarantee on the Dyson. Hope Mrs Woo approves and is feeling much better.
Loli, do you mean by staff both dogs and chooks or just the chooks. Arh I see you meant the chooks by the little row of them lined up!
Shiney. Well you are not old you have a long way to go yet. Lol. Lets hope we all have.

Have a lovely day all and stay dry. God bless.
