All bulbs and onion sets now half price.

 

So she went on our Wilkos on Tuesday and there was not a single gardening item on sale at all never mind reduced in price.

 

The bulbs were only being reduced today (Wednesday). They still had a fair few to change the price labels on. But I've now found it posted on HUKD that in Norwich Wikos the bulbs were half price yesterday.

There were loads of empty spaces amongst what remains of the gardening stuff with things like shovels, wooden handled spades and forks all gone plus they're no longer on Wilkos website. I've been told of reports on HUKD of them being sold for £1 each in some (not all) stores! All the water cans (7 & 9L) had gone from the big display boxes and only 7L are now showing on the website full price, but I've just seen it posted on HUKD that water cans were being sold in other stores for 50p each.

It looks like the gardening stuff is being reduced on a daily basis and the stores may not be up to date with changing the labels. The trick might be to check the website for reduced/missing items and then get a price check in store.

 

Tried the big one in Swansea yesterday, nothing of any use reduced.

 

There was not even a gardening section on the shelves at all!
And she looked as I needed some labels.

 

No gardening items in our Wilkos either, just Hallow’een and Christmas stuff – in fairness though, no doubt the gardening things will appear along with the Easter Eggs and Hot-Cross buns on December 26th………………….

P.S. I've also heard that something similar happened online Wednesday Night with loads of gardening stuff being listed at 1p, but all those who ordered got their orders cancelled by email.
