Now't wrong with Autoglass mate - at least you know it will be fitted properly, and its new glass as opposed to one from a breakers which can often have the wrong tint colour for the car.

Another good adhesive to remember is Silcoset 158 high adhesion once cured, sticks just about anything to anything, water resistant and heat resistant up to 300ºC, whilst also having a degree of flex in it.

If its good enough for Rolls Royce Aerospace, its good enough for me....

Sorry, had to edit your post ;)

Get well soon, Gothilda: your DadMan is working hard (abstaining from noxious habits) to fix up your cuts and bruises and you'll soon be back to your spritely self once more :dbgrtmb:

              Aww, thank you!

I'd actually woken up and forgotten that today is *the* day

But, Mr "M" was working a late shift last night and it was his task to eradicate all smoking related paraphernalia when he got home. So, nothing to tempt me in the porch. Not that I was tempted, but it was comforting to know that even if I have a weak moment, I can't come up with a silly excuse to relent and just pop outside.

              So far so good :heehee:
I like that! I shall use that as my mantra when any weak moments hit: thank you.

Still feeling very positive: which is a great start (for me!). :dbgrtmb:

It's very good for centering yourself. Over a few breaths go as slow and long as possible (normal pace then slower and slower still), close your eyes if you feel it helps.

Not this monday for me. Too wound up I'm afraid. Apart from Gothilda getting hurt, Autoglass are being silly and have not filled me with confidence that they'll bring the right glass. Add to that that I hit black ice on the way to work and was out of control for a good couple of hundred yards, and I'm happy to let the baccy steady my nerves for now.

Its still on though. Next week at the latest. If anything else winds me up I'll just have to deal with it.

Sorry to read about your most recent stress, clue: seems you're in one of those time cycles at the moment where you have the SADIM touch (gosh I hate those!) Hopefully, you've had your fair share now and things will start settling down and looking up for you.

I ran out of baccy this morning. Well, I say ran out. I had one this morning, and I had enough dust left to make a thin rolly for after my lunch.

Haven't bought any more yet. I've got a patch on though. I'm hoping that because I didn't really get back into being a habitual full time smoker, more sort of a few weeks blip, hopefully it wont be too difficult. I feel fine so far.

                            How's your effort going @"M"?
