I was wondering whether that post would attract comment.

Most of them were to give our daughter a complete set of all the colours and styles they had, and I've got a new long black wig to replace the one I bought in a Wilkos sale about 10 years ago and have used for Ozzie Osbourne fancy dress.

I also got a load of £3 black candles reduced to 10p each that I'll use for the mystic art of keeping frost out of coldframes, etc.

After pulling those items from their website and selling them off at 10p each, Wilkos have now re-introduced them online at full price (£2.50 & £1.15) again which doesn't make any sense whatsoever. They did that with potato bags and strawberry planters, reducing to pennies and then putting back up to pounds.
I noticed Coolglass greenhouse shading in store at full price the other day. Stuff like that used to be reduced ages before now.

Looking back on this thread I posted on Sept 15th last year that all seeds were 75%off, but they're still only 50% off Johnsons seeds and buy 2 get 1 free in November this year http://gardenerscorner.co.uk/forum/threads/wilkos-half-price-sale.42517/page-4#post-592724 Also had a look when to expect their bulb prices to fall further. It's handy if all Wilkos reductions are kept in one thread.

So after selling off all their 800ml bottles of tomato feed two weeks ago at 10p each, then putting them back on their website at full price again, guess what I found in Wilkos yesterday? They'd got loads more 800ml bottles in stock and immediately reduced them 50p each!

I went into my nearest Wilkos last week and there was no sign of any gardening items, not even any bulbs. Just wall to wall Xmas stuff. I can't get out a lot but I will check again next time.

All bulbs (previously 50% off) now 50p/pack for daffs, tulips, alliums and hyacinths. Packs of 50 overwintering onions reduced to 25p. Boxed selections reduced from £5 to £1.25.

I bought the last pack of hyacinths to pot up, a couple of bags of Snowball overwintering onions to bring on a spring onions and loads of Tete -a-Tete mini daffs to enhance my spring bulb display.

Tubs of 200 cotton buds reduced to 10p/tub. No idea what women use them for, but from the amount that get chucked in the bathroom bin we're going to make a huge saving as I bought 24 tubs. Might be some left for me to hand pollinate flowers.

I'm not at all impressed with their seed reductions this year!
