I was born North of Hadrian's Wall but south of The Scottish border. Twenty miles downwind of Windscale. Cumbrian but born when it was Cumberland.

      Cheers, Tony

90%! More north than where I was born and where I live :) I'll take that, considering I have southern roots, must be the Scottish part ;)

I'm surprised you didn't know how to use a knife and fork. Everybody knows that a knife is for cutting bits of old string and sometimes bits of plant, and for open sacks of compost, and a fork is for digging root veg out with. Everybody knows that.

                      Apparently I'm 35% northern.

Which is odd, since I'm Suffolk born and bred and all my ancestors were East Anglian for as far back as I can trace.

But then I am a cricket fan, so it probably comes from hearing too much Geoffrey Boycott on the radio. :heehee:

47% Northern. Wolverhampton, apparently. Never been there but about the correct latitude. Oh dear, I think all these years in Leicestorr are having an influence.
