Sorry to hear that Zigs, it's very frustrating isn't it. It's like your life's on hold and you're dependant on other people. Fingers crossed it sells again quickly, and for real this time.

 

what a shame Zig.

We have had this nice empty house on our street for couple years now. The owners could not make their payments and the bank took it back. Still a long time and the For Sale sign not up even yet.

 

Awww Zigs, sorry to hear your news. It will happen, even though your patience might be wearing thin right now.

Pity you do not have Scots Law, once an offer is made there is no going back

I just do not understand people, who have obviously done research, picked it for viewing, made an offer. had the offer accepted, see their legal team to go ahead, then four weeks later decide they do not want to go ahead ?
Unless they thought they would get a good low deposit mortgage rate and the banks as usual lied, when it came to the actual loan

Yet again this evening there was a second viewing booked by someone who had viewed a few days ago.

Didn't bother to turn up, so that was half a day wasted cleaning & heating the house.

But, there is another couple who are trying to sort a mortgage, found them taking a walk round the village this afternoon, we had a chat and they are doing their best to raise the money

 

It 'ain't through want of trying is it Zigs. I do hope this all ends favourably soon for you,
