Is the flour 100% stone grounded or do they mill the modern way after its been through the stones.

I bought some and it said it was stone ground went to tha mill on a open day and sore a few things which i shouldn't have, so i asked some questions :mute: which he didn't answer  he then changed the writing on the packages :dbgrtmb:

Hope they use good qualiy grain from a farmer who cares about the grain, not like some people down our way where one miller didn't know what Ergot was and was milling it, unless he thought it was rat poo and carryed on :mute:

If he's know his oat's and cares he will talk to you about what go's on and where the grain comes from and you never know a walk round the farm as well, then you can say you've seen it from field to plate :dbgrtmb:
