Well i like to be able to back that artic at that speed with out weaveing from side to side

 

I challenge him to try that with two Volvo 940s on a rainy day.

 

Got to give the guy credit, I know safety wires were in place and he had small platforms on the trucks to put his feet on but at 53 he's still a tad agile

Wouldn't want to have been one of those drivers though in case they hit a cobble

Theye weren't exactly artics. There's no turning space between cabs and trailers.

Their is only just enough room between cab and trailar to turn, when you put on the air lines there is just enough room for a person to get in, the air deflecters on the cab make the cab look bigger, the gap beween cab and trailar in only 12-18 inches, the air deflecter fill the gaps on the sides and the top, the air deflecter on the nearside (UK) will move so you can get in beween the cab and trailar

 

Sorry Jiffy, I've taken another look and still not convinced. I'll have a chat with my daughter and see what she thinks.

 

Also on the front of artic trailors there has to be lights for when there turn that the corners are lit up at night , which in the first few seconds of video just to the fight of van dams head is a light
