      Thanks, GA. Yes, you're right, seeing the rain forming drops and smears on the flowers, leaves and seed heads can be quite beautiful. I like the way water can envelope a seed head and remind me of a toffee apple

      And there's still one or two flowers around. A bit battered and tattered but still....

      What's amazing me is that the Roses are still flowering and producing buds!!

      And amazingly the Clematis that intertwines with my old Rose climber "Masquerade" is putting out shoots!!!

              While I am still getting daylilies to flower, my Protea has started. When I bought it, it was about 6" high, and now is about 10' tall:
