I was up a ladder cleaning out my gutters yesterday. There's lots of moss growing on the roof.

Well taken, Woo. The last time I saw one was about 6 years ago when driving in the car in the early morning and it was travelling away from me just as in your image although it was more of a large ball of flame, very impressive. I always seem to see them when I'm out of reach of a camera!!:gaah::snork:

Had a great end to the day today, lovely crisp weather with no wind so had a fire to burn some garden rubbish, can't beat standing by a crackling fire with a brew in hand and then as night fell a lovely full moon rose in front of me, perfect, so I grabbed the camera and got some half decent shots, if I had used my tripod they would have been sharper but I'm happy with them :)

A few pictures from my Boxing Day walk around the riverside meadows near where I grew up. Brings back fond childhood memories of many happy hours spent playing and exploring with friends. :)
