Suggestions on recipes to use up milk

      You can replace the coconut milk with ordinary milk and creamed coconut.
      I should have said that it is cooked on the top, not baked! Serve with fresh fruits added such as mango, pomegranate or passion fruit.

        do you freeze glass bottles then Clue? i always thought that was a no no, (liquid expanding shattering the glass) i assumed @Lea meant milk in cartons but i don't think i've ever noticed cream forming in cartons like it does in bottles :scratch:

        i miss milk bottles, we don't have them over here anymore :sad:

        speaking of cream look who stole the (empty thank goodness) carton of cream off the counter today :nonofinger: i was wondering why he was being so quiet & found him like this, looking quite pleased with himself after licking it clean, so pleased infact that i couldn't bring myself to tell him off :imphrt:

        i think someones deffo going on a diet for the new year....all that turkey he ate, i think he's put on a stone! :heehee::doggieshmooze:

          I love rice pudding with coconut milk, often make it when I see coconut milk on special, have been wondering about almond milk, has any body tried it, does it taste of almonds, bet that would make a tasty rice pud...;)

            sort of, it has a mild slightly nutty flavour, nice though & crazy good for you, as is the coconut milk....deffo be trying it out in the rice pud :thumbsup:
