    Congratulations Jim on winning the TV Gardener of the Year award from Amateur Gardener voted by it's readers.
    Beating Monty into second place by quite a margin.
    His humble presentation style makes him a winner, he has the common touch, more like Allan T..

          I'm fond of Beechgrove Garden and prefer it to all the others I think. Been watching it for several years on BBC Scotland (courtesy of Sky Box), but last year it also aired on BBC2 (at a slightly strange time on a Sunday morning I think)
