Guess what I've made

The lad and I decided to make something. We used:
* 4 brussels sprouts
* 1 large carrot
* About half a pint of milk
* 1 banana
* 1 apple
* Loads of honey
* Some mixed fruit cordial.

What did we make?

A healthy vegetable and fruit smoothie?

 

Grannie Annie wins.

We made a smoothy. I was sceptical about putting sprouts in it, but the lad said it was a good idea so that's what I did.

We all had some. I must admit it was alright, but not the nicest smoothie we've made.

At least it took care of the 5 a day in one gulp!

 

We know a song about that don't we children. I'd have to put it in the muppet show though.

 

I can't think which one that is. I await in eager anticipation of new thread manifesting in the muppet show with great haste.
