A Rare Vintage Tomato

I'll have some seed please ..... I'm trying to work out what to grow on my new allotment this year

Glad you got them, but also surprised how long they took to reach you. I posted yours and Loli's at the same time, she got her's within two days, you are much closer and it's taken a week. Good old Royal Mail

 

My local delivery office has gone to the dogs this last year or so; we got a letter from the manager a while back saying that he was having to make some changes and it might affect our deliveries in that they may be later in the day or perhaps wouldn't be daily - and they have been lowering themselves to his prediction ever since.

I get mail in gluts now - today was a no mail day, so that means that tomorrow or Wednesday will be one of those where you can barely open the door for mail.

You could almost understand it if I lived in the middle of nowhere, but as you know I can hear the M3 from the front windows when the wind blows the right way, and Heathrow is close enough for the pilots to smell my aftershave in the morning!

 

Maybe I should donate mine too - should be in well preserved condition, as its pretty pickled at times.
