Hi, my name's Bex and I'm an enthusiastic but inexperienced new gardener hoping to gain some knowledge.

I took over my parent's garden last summer. It had previously been used as a veg garden but is now mainly lawned over with various beds.

I'm fortunate enough to have a large greenhouse but it will need gutting of accumulated junk before being usable.

I have a particular interest in encouraging wildlife, especially bees but I'll give anything a go!

My main issue with my garden is that I share it with my two large oafs of dogs which have a habit of blundering through anything that gets in their way!

Welcome! I can recommend Borage for attracting Bees, by far the most popular plant in my garden last summer. Oh, and it survived my Tasmanian Devil of a dog!
