"M"......Line drying weather? No not here, first of all I have to weld it to the line because of the wind and secondly the atmosphere here is too damp. Drying outside lasts for about two months a year if I'm lucky. I have a clothes horse indoors though. :)

Trunky.....Light bulbs were last weeks problem. Why is it when one goes......? I've never found a woodlouse in my bed but we do get regular visits from them around the house. "M" I have some if you want them.

      Loli......Fingers crossed then! :)

Okay, taking bets, if there is a third one, what will it be? :heehee:

Bless your kind, and most generous, heart my lovely (it's not every day I get an offer such as this!), but, I'll decline at this point, if I may - and, if you don't mind (wood hate to cause a fence). Some gifts are simply too generous to accept: *batting eyelids*

I'm betting: friendship ties? :heehee: :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

I think it's the badgers as the hole is a good 18" diameter (probably as much as 2ft) and doesn't go below ground level.

            No they don't
we had the same problems just before Christmas, washing machine, fridge and freezer all in one week, the tumble dry hasn't given up the ghost yet as we don't have one :dbgrtmb:, it dosn't help much when we get power cuts (52 this week but they are working on the lines)
Phone/broadband must have be bad for a very long time(20+years) as we had never had it this good, we now live in the 21st centry :snork:

Jiffy.....So I was right, they do go in three's, oh no!

52 power cuts! You might just as well tell them to turn it off until they're finished. :) Isn't it about time they started putting the cables underground when they need replacing. I have overhead cables across my garden and a post in the middle of a flower bed, I just hope they don't need to change it.

I popped in to £ world at lunchtime with one of the girls from the office , it was crammed packed full of people , I thought a lot of the products ie toothpaste was so much smaller than buying from the supermarkets , and the loaf didnt look that big either compared to what I normally see

Why is it that when you mention you need shampoo she comes back with something pink that smells of strawberries? What's wrong with something neutral, preferably battleship grey, that smells of wd40 or diesel?!
                          ok, dream over.
