So, I've been told that they're relatively easy to care for.

Namely; When they need water, they droop. You give them a drink and they perk up.
They can handle low-light positions and still be fine.

The problem I'm having is that they look like they're surviving instead of 'living'. They aren't flowering any more either.

From what I can tell, it's either not enough sunlight or not enough water.

They are on my kitchen window sill and get plenty of light and I water them whenever they droop and they typically pick themselves back up by the next day.

    Any suggestions?

    They look heathy to me??

Will "flower" (bracts) in the Spring, and the flowers last a couple of months. Will flower again in Autumn if happy & healthy. So I would not be expecting them to be in flower now.

I thought they had flowers year-round.

A much larger (than yours) and mature plant will flower at varying levels all year. Time needed to get to that stage.
They are prone to root rot, so for that reason they should be stood on a saucer and not in a cache pot.

I put a handful or two of gravel in my cache pots, and make sure that when I water it doesn't flow through such that it over-floods the gravel layer.

Supposedly the evaporation from the water in the gravel improves humidity locally around the plant. I am sure that the water does evaporate :) , but I've never managed to convince myself that it is enough to actually make a difference to the plant - but that is what I hear the pundits saying :)

Does save me from myself by avoiding plant pots sitting in water though :)

I think they look quite healthy.

Do you feed them Baby Bio or such like?

I start feeding mines now and usually within a month or so, they flower. They flower in Autumn too. I also keep them away from the window sill but they seem to survive OK. They`ve a spread of about 2 feet

Could maybe need potting on into a larger pot? The yellow leaf would indicate overwatering and perhaps the plant is too cold on the window sill hence the drooping leaves!!
