Woohoo! Success! So here's some more peach blossom:

Black catkins on my black salix (only purchased last summer at about 8cm. It tripled its size and is bearing 3 black catkins. I'm pleased with that for its first year).

Brightly coloured primrose from the local market (£1). Not my usual sort of thing at all, but this one spoke (yelled) to me.

    My spring planter:

    My new corkscrew hazel:

    More salix catkins:

Snakeshead fritillary (from the local market £2.50):

Thanks Armandii. The one I really want to flower (Nina Avery) is the only one that has no buds on yet - will move it to a sunnier spot this year to see if that helps.

Quick Question regarding Camellia- Do they need some specific condition to flower, I have one growing at the back of the garden, its about 1.5 ft now and seems happy to me (healthy dark green leaves) But no buds :( its growing on heavy clay and has grown roughly 10 inches since last Oct. it get plenty of sun as its south facing wall but may be a bit sheltered too as its planted under the Apple tree.
yesterday i went to the garden centre and the plants that size were filled with buds.. so I am worried is mine not very happy to flower... ? should I move it ?

It wants to get no morning sun - but that won't stop it making buds, just that on a frosty morning the sun melting the frost can wreck the flowers, so a no-morning-sun aspect gives the buds time to thaw before being hit by the warming sun.

Dunno about Buds, I would think your plant is just young (how long since you planted it?) and plants in the garden centre are "treated" to get them to flower so that people buy them.

You need acid soil for Camellias - I guess you have that given it has grown 10" !
