      This truly glorious sunrise greeted me as I came downstairs and looked out of the window this morning. It only lasted for a few minutes, but I just managed to grab the camera, pop outside and get these shots before the colours faded.

      I even fluked a silhouetted bird in the third shot. :)

                    A walk around the woods and fields on a warm, sunny March afternoon. One of those odd days you only get at this time of year, when the bare branches and muted colours still give the appearance of winter, yet the warmth and sunshine give the feel of a summer's day.

                              I find that a lens with a bit of weight helps me hold the camera steadier, Woo:dunno::snork:

                                Can get a bit tricky when following birds in flight ,but then holding anything with Talons is difficult;)
