    Testing2

EDIT: First smiley seemed to work OK, BUT when editing this post I've been unable to add any further smileys, the category tabs appear but nothing happens when clicking on them, so there's no smilies to select.

Can somebody else check that out?

I'm amazed this update has gone through loads of Beta Tests, etc., and nobody's spotted all the problems before it was released.

@Lolimac But what about when trying trying to use smilies when editing a post?

Agreed, in fact it's the only problem I'm having with the update.

        UPDATE:

Spoke too soon, tried to edit my post above and what do you know, the smileys are there.
So I have to report that the upgrade seems to be working perfectly for me.

That's becoming typical of Xenforo updates, they affect different people in different ways, depending on what hardware/operating system/browser they use, and when they raise issues get told it's their hardware/OS/browser that's the problem.

EDIT: testing smileys - now they're back for edits, but it's still flipping ridiculous how stuff works, then doesn't, then does, etc.

Actually, Dave, the change in the way smilies are displayed is completely separate to the update and is not connected to it.:snork:

Well, I was all prepared to reset them to the original but to be perfectly honest, they are working AOK for me. :spinning: But if the majority want it then who am I to not comply? :pathd: :th scifD36:

So come on all - vote from now. I think a majority of at least 10 yea's more than nays should do it.

I found an error! No Smileys in an Edit overlay - which is interesting because when I edited the posts above, they showed up. I think that's what might be termed an "intermittent fault"! :heehee:

Testing1 :ideaIPB: (with space before smilie - works OK)

EDIT Testing2 and could not add smilies! The category tabs appear, but whatever one I click on fails to make the smilies appear for selection.
