Press and hold left mouse button, hold and drag to highlight text you want to quote.
    Release left mouse button.
Little green pop-up window will appear saying "Quote Me".
    Click on it.
Now in the text box where you would normally write your reply, click on the text box and under the text box you will see "get quotes".
    Click on it.
It will automatically paste the quoted text into the text box.

    Hope it helps.

Thank you for that information G-B and I was aware of it's 'explosive' properties. In fact, as I understand, most fertilisers have such. I will use it in moderation, either by sprinkling then watering or diluting first. I have clay soil.

So what's new about that Pete? I thought I was being quite clear and concise!

When I want to quote someone, I click on Quote below their posting and then when I go to my Reply Box I get a message saying Add Quote or something like that ... I do and it does ... repeat procedure for each quote.

The click on reply stopped working for me for some reason but now it's okay again. Could be because my computer crashed on me 10 days ago and I'm using a laptop with Ubunto and I haven't got a clue what I am doing ... nothing new there then ...

Pete, I mean Calcium Carbonate which is good for your bones, nails and hair ... but I do agree it is exactly the same ingredient as in indigestion tablets. Then again, you can take indigestion tablets if you want your nails and hair to look good ...
:rolleyespink: The dissolve in water ones are sold alongside Zinc, Iron and Multivitamins. Strangely, you can't seem to buy antacid tablets as such here like Tums or Rennies and only the past couple of years chemists and health stores have started selling Gaviscom.
