I presume that it's pressure treated pine. Will you still use a protective paint or oil on it - as it's bound to get wet?

Working in the Netherlands at the moment. I just bought 100 assorted tulip bulbs for 6 Euros in Amsterdam, yesterday! (Granted, I won't get to enjoy them until next Spring, but that's quite a bargain, I thought!).

Digitalis "Illuminations" from Hayloft Plants - looks a strong healthy specimen with roots showing at the base. A bit travel weary but can enjoy a couple of days in the mini GH first,

it was our Loli who put it on and I just had to do it. Not cheap mind @£12.99 I think. It had better be dividable next year !

I paid £3.50 for mine (Illumination Pink) last year from a local market! Slow to settle in, but it's getting huge now!

Unlikely I'm afraid. Supposedly sterile too:sad:

I've also got Illumination Chelsea Gold from a forum swap. Also have Isoplexis isabelliana (a cousin of one of the parents of the Illumination series) growing nicely.

                          Is that the perennial one?

Mine has thrived this winter gone and is budding up now.

Fleabay. Sown ten and still have thirty five left. If they germinate I'll share the remainder.
