Solved Anyone Know What This is? - Cotton lavender (Santolina)

Hi all,

I was given a cutting from a friend but never knew what the plant is.

I think it's a species of Rosmary?

Anybody know exactly what this is?

One of the Artemisia's I think.

 

Hi does it have small yellow flowers ?

 

Does it smell of curry?

Hi guys, it smells a lot like rosmary or a very strong aromatic smell. I looked at some Artemisias I am not sure it is correct though.

This plant was actually in Kew Garden's Mediterranean garden, if you google you can see it in one of the photos (in the palm section).

Must be growing in the dark then, looks a bit tall and green.

 

Possibly Santolina pinnata ssp. neapolitana.
