    It's a fairly young Deutzia in front of our 40+ year old maidenhair fern. The fern is just getting its new spring coat so it's still low to the ground and a light green.

            Some colour in the Strongy Estate (all few square yards of it). :biggrin:

            Front, ok the grass is a mess but most of the moss has gone and I'm working on it.
            A 5 year old Lidl's Acer Palmatum planted two years ago and a small bright coloured one I can't remember.

              What a wondrous collection and all in pristine condition too. You seem to have a very sheltered garden Strongy.

                        Jenny, the border faces East so it is sheltered from the prevailing Westerlies but only gets full sun till about 2'o clock.
