    A thought occurs...
    it looks a very attractive feline toilet area. Unless you know otherwise, I'd say it will need netting until the desired crop is growing. A lettuce could well be spoiled....

    I haven't seen any cats around the plots, and there are no houses close enough for cats.... Though cats will travel :snork:

      I like the look of that crate used as a planter, cool idea.... :snork:

      Things are moving along nicely, and as for the nettle roots, sometimes it will feel like you are just digging holes as the sheer amount of roots that you remove leaves nothing behind but a large hole :sad:

        I have a couple of varieties already, Sugarsnax and Eskimo F1, have got some sown directly into tall pots and they live in the polytunnel :)
