Oh dear, I've heard that kidney stones can be very painful. Hope you're better soon.

Thanks for the link :). I seem to be a stone producer. I had undiagnosed gallstones for 2 years.
In the end, I diagnosed myself and went private. They said my doctor should have known because it was classic symptoms. I had my gallbladder removed.
I filter my water now (drinking water lol), and bought 2 lemons on Friday. I passed the stones, but I don't drink enough water, so increasing my intake now. Every since the attack I feel shattered, and have a constant peculiar headache that I can't get rid of. :(

Cor, does drinking cider prevent kidney stones? The amount I drink I'll never get them.

Talking of kidney stones always reminds me of the sign I saw in a hospital " Urology Ward - Please Pass Quietly".

It's recommended that you drink four mugs of warm water at least half an hour before breakfast. :blue thumb:

          Omg, that sounds disgusting
I would throw up! I try to drink. 2 litres a day. I bought the lemons to add to the water bottle, but I need a juicer

Is Mrs Shiney a gp then? :)

I'll check to see whether 'public transport disease' is one of her qualifications. :heehee:

She'll give you advice and try and sort something out for you when she has a spare moment today. :blue thumb:
