    Put into final pots:
1 San Marzano, 1 Marmande, 1 Chocolate Cherry and a Tumbling Tom all under the garage wall - south facing.
3 x 3 litre pots each with a Tumbling Tom for 3 neighbours. pricked out the 3 final Tumbling Toms into individual 3 " pots,
watered the Maskota and Tumbling Tom toms in the window box ( they are perking up now) and noted 3 tiny seedlnigs emerging " Indogo Rose " -:ThankYou: @wiseowl /Woo,
    Jenny

Planted 2 young jasmine plants, then after such thirsty work drank a few cold tinnies, then went to sleep for an hour in the willow den.

Sprayed glue all around the growbags and then sprinkled wood ash on them. Sowed Penny's Nargle Chillies, More Peas and Beans, Loli's Celeriac, Onions, Leeks, Parsnips, Italian Peppers and planted out the first Manx Marvel Tomato.

Is that so they can continually absorb the potash?

 Should give the snails something to think about tonight, little bothers have destroyed both peas and beans:doh: Only growing them to preserve heritage varieties. No more Ne Plus Ultra Peas now

Got quite a bit done this weekend.

Yesterday, got the rest of the spring pruning out of the way. Forsythias, viburnums and mahonias all done, plus some rosemary, sage and bay. All put through the shredder and added to the compost heap. A bonus was the lovely scents released as I shredded the herbs and bay prunings.

Today, emptied one of the compost bins. Dug out and prepared the runner bean trench, using some of the compost from the bins. Cut and edged the lawns, finished off this evening with a bit of watering and finally, sat and relaxed in the summerhouse just listening to the birds. :)

Moved one honeysuckle from a pot into the ground to cover an unsightly fence. Replaced the pot (with metal obelisk) with a container friendly honeysuckle firecracker. Very small plug so unlikely to get large or flower much this year but I love the leaves regardless. Also planted out monarda roots (cobham beauty and Cambridge scarlet). I watered nematodes for slugs and have been drowning snails in beer - our garden is completely overrun. Moved some pots around into a neater location.

Otherwise, just watering, fertilising and watching! :) I seem to have lots of ladybird larvae, which is exciting.

Looked around for a good spot for another compost heap. Weeded and edged a bit. Moved some pansies being swamped by euphorbia. Watered everything in the popup GH. Considered scouring more moss off slabs, sat and thought about it, decided to procrastinate. Mulched tomatoes with dried grass clippings. Admired my handiwork.:biggrin:
