Which plant can't you wait to flower?

For me it's a simple lobelia ricardii. it flowered for ages last year, and this year it's bigger

 

Oooo that's a tough one....I'll go for my new Waltz time roses,I'm curious to see how it blends with my Ebb Tide Roses

It hits 2/2.5 metres in height and I always look forward to this one. A new Lobelia this year is L.bridgesii which looks promising.

I always look forward to my Tricyrtis collection (check the album out here).

Last year @simbad sent me a couple of Campanula thyrosoids and the one that was out all winter has a big fat spike and should be in bloom soon.

I have a lot of new Salvia species coming on from seed (thanks in no small part to @PeterS ) and I'm looking forward to any of these that may bloom.

My Albuca nelsonii and A.humilis are in bud

And finally (for now) Bomarea edulis/hirtella. I've been getting this into bloom for a couple of years, but I've taken the plunge and planted it in the ground. I'm reliably informed that it will be a different plant so I'm looking forward to this.

 

LongK - that Lobelia is magnificent. I have got three very small ones from seed last year, and yes - I can't wait for them to grow up and look that good. I have never heard of Albuca, but have had a good Google - thanks, I love being introduced to new plants.

The one plant I would love to get to flower is Echium wildpretii. Two have just died on me this week and I despair of ever getting one to flowering stage. It seems to be more difficult than most other Echium species.

I have recently acquired a number of Thunbergias - alata, gregorii, grandiflora and battiscombei. I think battiscombei is going to flower tomorror - so I am holding my breath. But I am looking forward to seeing them all in flower as they are all new to me (except alata).

I would also love to see a banana in flower. I have several small bananas plants, but have no idea how easy it is for them to flower or how long you have to wait.

 

I have grown Cobaea Scandens , cup and saucer vine / cathedral bells this year . A large climber with purple flowers .Only 2 germinated and one is now absolutely huge . Its not very hardy so I will plant out in 2 weeks and hopefully get flowers in July.

 

It's in bloom and worth the wait!

Waiting for my Dracunculus vulgaris Schott to flower, the first flower spike is pushing up through the soil.

Me too. It's emerging, but one slight cock-up ................ it's now planted by the kitchen window! Worse still, the other side of the wall is next doors kitchen window!!!!
