I feed all my plants with chicken manure pellets
But Heucheras never seem to do well with me. Struggle for a few seasons before eventually dying.

Spruce - yours look very nice.

I feed mine - but I only grow the larger leaved ones, as they grow better on my heavy soil.

I tried this season on Google:

        site:heucheraholics.co.uk fertiliser

no results ... which is perhaps telling.

          thank you

I split them ever year in the Autumn throw away or try and root the old parts I think thats the secret with them , leaves and flowers so much better on the new pieces from the previous season , and I keep in the greenhouse over winter and treat for weevil sounds like hard work reading it all back :snork:

Just a suggestion, it could be too much nitrogen, apparently too much kills them eventually!! @Sirius

                        and I have these two

Yellow stone falls & Red stone falls , both training varieties , which I must try in baskets .

I only have one or two left to tease you @Val..

it was Dim who used to be on here who was crazy about them and I just had to have a few , all bought as plugs so much cheaper , it was like a pick and mix selection the only one that struggles is "Milan " 2nd picture and Silver Scrolls I need to divide every year 1st Picture

I like Heucheras but haven't bought any because each time I see them they remind me of Dim. Whenever he suggested plants to members they were always top of his list.
