Problems Registering/Confirming Account

    Hi,

    It appears that there may be issues with some users not being able to confirm their accounts whilst registering (validating account).

    If you DO NOT receive a validation email once registered, please contact [email protected] and I will get you validated manually.

    It appears that certain ISP email accounts are having issues, blueyonder & sky have some issues (some are working though). So if you do not get your validation Email, please contact us.

      Hello, I just got an email telling me that if I didn't confirm registration now (as I joined 10 days ago) my account would be deleted in five days. That's fine but I'm just bringing to your attention I had no confirmation emails and every time I tried to email you about it at the address in the above post, it was bounced back as a failed send.

      But, I'm here now, so thank you! Just thought you should know about the problem with the email.

          Yep, everything seems ok there. We've been having problems with the e mail but it should be up and running again now:)

          :sign0016:Milliebert glad you perserved - you'll enjoy your time spent in this 'corner' and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I Hope you've got lots of spare time - I want to spend as much time as I can spare here, so many good tips and advice.

            How can I unsubscribe from this site please?

            I only have a tiny garden and I found a friend to help me with my problem. I would like my email etc. to be removed please.

            Thats a shame @TRex , why not stick around, there is other stuff to enjoy.

            It's not all about problems and most of us share lots of other things like hints and tips, the odd joke or two. I am sure that after a while you will really enjoy spending a few minutes here.

            Oh and we all have different size gardens some small container gardens and some with lots of space and many of us in between. :thumbsup:

              Well T-Rex we don't as a rule unsubscribe members in case they want to come back in the future and it also upsets any threads you have started or posted in, but your email and details are secure don't worry.. :thumbsup:

                HI. I have only started one thread, and not posted anywhere else except here. I thought that websites that keep subscriber databases were meant to remove those details if requested? At least in the UK. I am housekeeping, and I asked another site yesterday to unsubscribe me, and they did it by return. (I've already tried to reply here once and it set me up and started a new conversation, which was not what I expected. Sorry.)

                I have just checked the Terms and Conditions again and sure it says "if you want to close your account please contact us". I want to "close my account", please.
