        The most terrifying scare crow I've ever seen, and it is terrifying, is a very life like figure that stands about 8ft tall and had an actual dead crow dangling upside down from each hand last time I saw it.

        Looks rather like a Womble to me.

        I made one using a really cheap Wayne Rooney mask reduced to pennies at Wilkos, but some scum took exception to it and stole the mask.

          A Wayne Rooney scarecrow would be a scary scarecrow indeed. I'd love to have seen it before it got vandalised.
