A couple of quick ones from my garden this evening.

The Escallonia has plenty of flower this year.

My monster Delphinium it just about at its best now. I've just measured the top of the tallest flower spike at 6ft 4ins (1.93m).

As a point of interest......Because I struggle to upload pictures when using GC on 'IE', I've recently installed Google Chrome to upload, with no issues. After uploading the pictures I then switch back to 'IE' because of other issues with GC on Chrome. Having just switched back and returned to look at my pictures again on 'IE' I've noticed the colour density is much better on 'Chrome'. :)

Some of our plants in containers.

We been away, so we take the hanging baskets down to make it easier for friends to water them. The first three photos are some of them that haven't yet been hung back up.
                            P1200685.JPG

                            P1200686.JPG

                            P1200687.JPG

You may notice that the chains are supported by cut down canes, so that we don't need to go searching for them when we need to hang them again.

We, also, put hanging baskets in pots (much easier to remove/change them).

We have three large, blue glazed, pots about 3ft high and this is one of them. The basket is just dropped into the top of the pot.

Some ordinary clay pots have baskets sitting on top of them
                            P1200731.JPG

And this trough, planted with no basket, has just come on well so shall be put in the sales area.

Campanula grow wild throughout the garden. There are large clumps everywhere. Some are a lovely deep blue but they don't look like that when photographed as I don't have filters for my camera.

Cytisus battandieri (pineapple tree) is now flowering much better. We have about two dozen blooms on it.
