Photinia (Red Robin) Tree problems

    Help!!, I need some advice on my Red Robin. Its completely dropped its leaves and I am only left with the flowers. Does it have a disease?? Why has its done this and is there anything I can do. Its quite a big so hoping I can bring it back to life. I've attached a couple of images so you can see how bad it is. Thanks for your help.

    Welcome to GC Sparkle. :)

    We haven't had a great deal of rain in recent weeks so it could be lack of water. I have sandy soil which is free draining so need to give my trees/shrubs a good soaking at least once a fortnight.
