A FROG IN MY [THROAT] BOAT

    My wife and I bought this stone "Frog in a boat" for the pond back in the 90's and it's lost the paint that it had on it, and is covered by small marginal plants, but still the old frog keeps on "rowing". So when sitting by the pond the other day I noticed a bit of movement in the boat I had to check the tea I was drinking to make sure it wasn't one of Ziggy's brews.

    Then I noticed he wasn't the only one:hate-shocked:

    So there were at least 3 other Frogs in the boat going for a row around the pond!!!:snork:

                It's great to see them hiding in the weeds, Joolz. The Frogs are much bolder and, like the pics in this thread, let me get within inches of them. I loved to hear them during the Winter and early Spring at night.........they sound like two stroke motors!!:snork:
