I made a boo boo with the Oxalis last year as I forgot what was in the large pot and planted Dahlia's on top of them!!!:snork: So after everything had flowered I carefully dug out the Dahlia's and the Oxalis must have "forgiven" me and have put on a really good display this year.:hapydancsmil::snork:

I have to confess that the Oxalis were not originally mine but my sister's and when she moved house some years ago she gave me permission to take what I wanted as she couldn't take much with her. The Oxalis were in, and still are, a large plastic imitation oak barrel and they seem quite happy there.:coffee:

Oxalis! Jenny sent me some corms and mine are beautiful. I want some more of her other variety that she showed in the macramé sling I made her. Jenny I have made you a larger one but am not happy that it is right so back to the drawing board.

The bottom pic is a new this year flower bed. I built the wall and popped in a random selection but I'm really happy with how the colour scheme has turned out. There is a fushsia still to flower and the anemone (I think that's what it is) was there before so hopefully they match!

I had a pot of Oxalis, in overdrive one year I emptied the pot out and threw it all round the borders, didn`t even plant them, it took 2 years and a big make over to remove most of them, they spread like the plague, I can still see the odd few but more manageable.

Hallo Moyra, lovely to see you in the hubb of Gardeners Corner. I have one two Oxalis Cupido nearly coming to the end of their usefull life. When I clean them up and remove the little bulbils on the sides of the main roots, I will send you some. As I recall, @lost_in_france wants some as well,
                                Jenny
