Thanks Jen :ThankYou:it is special but just wait till next week when "Fox Ears" "Mad Max" "Golden Elephant" "Rodeo Clown" starts to bloom, all starting to settle in as most were bought as single fans so have bulked up well nearly all of them.

I only have one, Katherine Woodbury, bought last year, planted it and it had one flower stem.
This year it still only has one stem, I had hoped for more.

you can share mine on here :snork: they do like a open position full sun and no one encroaching on them either. KW is quite a good doer as well...

If you pick of the male anthers and put them in tin foil then straight into the freezer so next time you have a female plant you can use the pollen , when you take out the freezer unwrap slightly and let it defrost for 10 minutes then use straight away.

So pleased with my lilies - had to keep an eye out for the dreaded beetle.

Walked down the Shrubbery path last evening, scent from the Lilium regale was overpowering :)

I counted them up, there are about 10 of them, in two clumps.

The ones I grew from seed last year are coming on - a few weedy flowers this year, so I expect they will be ready to flower properly-ish next year. Plan is to plant them all the way down the Shrubbery ... I have about 100 plants, from seed ... should Proper Pong next year then :)
