    Kind of bears out what @Scrungee was saying.

    I've seen it near the ground but not high up.

    As I said before, check the roots are OK otherwise a tomato will try and make roots all up it's stem and it doesn't look pretty.

    Maybe the conditions are too humid.
    More air in the greenhouse might sort out the fruit problem also, along with good watering.
